In order to protect our guests and our employees, we ask you to stay at home if there are any signs of illness.

In order to give you more flexiblity, we adjusted our terms for free cancellations for the entire winter season 2020/21:

2 weeks prior to arrival free of charge
afterwards 70% of the total room rate

No-shows, late or early departures will be charged 100 % of the total room rate.

If the entire hotel operation has to be closed due to COVID-19 measures or a new lockdown is imposed for the region of Lech/Zürs or the entire state of Vorarlberg or if the Austrian borders are closed, it is of course possible to cancel your booking free of charge or to rebook your planned holiday to another date, if available.

Otherwise the current cancellation regulations will apply.

We do recommend taking out the Insurance from the European Travel Cancellation Insurance, which are vital in case of a cancellation or a premature termination of your vacation.

• Illness of a guest due to COVID-19
• Illness of a close relative or of a person living in the same household due to COVID 19 and the presence of the guest at home is vital
• Temperature and the suspect diagnosis of COVID-19, even if the test result is negative afterwards
• Positive COVID 19 test result without having any symptoms
• If a close relative living in the same household has fallen ill and the guest has to go under quarantine

• Daily cleaning and disinfection of all public areas

• Increase in cleaning intervals throughout the hotel with virucidal products

• Regular airing of all rooms with fresh mountain air

• With regards to take care of each other, we kindly ask to keep your check-out time at 11 a.m. in mind to be able to guarantee the cleaning and disinfection intervals for all our guests accordingly. Your invoice will be ready for you the evening before.

• For your safety, all employees wear a mouth and nose protection
• Maintain a minimum distance of 1 metre in all restaurant areas
• While entering and leaving all restaurant areas as well as while going to the buffet masks have to be worn
• We also ask you to disinfect your hands
• A maximum of 10 persons on one table
• All our menus are now accessible via QR codes which are placed on the table
